Creative Corner closing
As ownership of the building that houses Creative Corner swaps hands, the artisan co-op will be closing May 31.
Located at 344 E. Main St. carries unique locally made artisan pieces from several different artisans and craftspeople.
According to their website, the vendors who occupied Creative Corner looked for alternative space in the area but were unable to find it. Many in the co-op are locating their products to new spaces downtown, such as Country Flair and Mauve.
Others are leaving town entirely, and others will solely sell their products at craft shows and other similar events.
