June 27th Sharing Ministries Food Bank and Museum of the Mountain West will come together to host a special community celebration honoring three milestones: our Nation’s 250th anniversary, Sharing Ministries Food Bank’s 30th year of service, and the Museum’s 21st anniversary.
This unique celebration will bring our community together to explore how food, shelter, and the spirit of helping one another have shaped life from the 1700s thru today. Guests will enjoy museum tours, storytelling, food sampling stations, music, and family‑friendly activities.
Held the weekend before Independence Day, this event is designed to welcome both local families and summer visitors while highlighting the essential services our organizations provide to Montrose and the surrounding counties.
